I’ve gathered my favorite spots that always photograph beautifully. Take a look through the photos and details, and choose the one that feels like the perfect fit. Trust me, you can’t go wrong.

ANN ARBOR

Ann Arbor has a really unique spot that has outdoor and indoor options for your session. I think this would be a phenomenal option for early Spring, since it already has a bunch of greenery and growth happening and we're not even at the end of April yet!

(Note - it is free to take photos in the outdoor space. The indoor space requires a $100 permit, and can be a great backup plan for rain. The great thing about the pass is we don't need to purchase it in advance)

This location offers such a wide variety of scenery. It does require a lot of walking to be able to incorporate it all; however, it is also easy to stay close to the parking lot if needed.

Accessibility: Some areas are wheelchair accessible (including the indoor section).

***I don't have any portrait examples from the outdoor space yet. The photos above are from inside the conservatory, which requires the mentioned photo pass.

This is a plant-filled spot with beautiful light and tons of character. It’s laid-back, colorful, and full of fun little corners that photograph really well. If you’re looking for something unique, bright, and a little different from the usual outdoor locations, this place is a great choice.

Accessibility info: Minimal walking required, but very narrow walkways. Not wheelchair accessible.
